Test Materials
The model of cement is P·O 42.5R;Sand is medium of coarse river sand, and with continuous gradation, the fineness modulus is 3.0,Particle size of stones is 5~25mm, and grading qualified.The concentration of latex is 50±2%,which is made in Zibo,Shandong;The defoamer is tributyl phosphate,which is made by shenyang reagent company,thickness is more than 98.5%;Water reducer is high-effect of UNF-5, the rate of less water is more than 20%, in the condition of mixing the quantity of 0.75% cementing material.The rubber was divided into two categories , and they are colloidal particles and crumb, that is to say we adopt 5~8 mesh rubber granule A and 60~80 mesh rubber powder B.
The Manufacture And Maintenance Of Test Piece Count and metage the quantity of every materials,according to the mix proportion.put sand,cement,and rubber into agitator in proper order,stir in 60 seconds,then blend the water with water reducer,latex,tributyl phosphate,ethylene glycol slowly,stir in 30 seconds together,put breakstone into agitator last,stir in 120 seconds,after that,pour out the mixture and test slumps.water and other additive should be mixed well-distributed by velocity mixing,the slumps barrel should be wash clearly,stuff one third of the slumps barrel when stuffing everytime,in test.Test Piece for experiment is normal,adopt the method of stiring and jolt ramming by machine.according to(GB/T50081-2002)[4],after stuff the model,vibration close-grained to form concrete,take Test Piece into maintaining box, and then the form was removed after 24 hours, immediately moved then into the conservation of

The main reason which causes the diseases in the sidewall is that the lateral pressure of filled materials is more than the sidewall resistance.
In Dongqing Bridge, the mud in the sidewall mortar was too much and the shapes of stone materials varied; still, the construction quality of sidewall was not so good.
Due to damage of bridge deck pavement, the water softened the filled material, which decreased the stability of filled materials.
