In material ways, ceramic as a new engineering material has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other special excellent properties that metal materials cannot match, but its brittleness and poor fatigue resistance and being sensitive to stress and crack, and difficult to processing, make its application is limited.
The metal surface of ceramic coating technology research broadens the application range of ceramic materials, and it combines the excellent properties of ceramic materials, metal material tenacity and good manufacturability.
Experiment research 4.1 Experiment equipment, materials and method Equipment adopted in the experiment is plasma spraying machine, and experimental materials is α-Al2O3 anatase TiO2 powder materials at the average particle size of 40 nm and 30 nm, and cylinder liner material is niobium cast iron.

In production practice, once the original schedule is established many preparations must have been made, such as ordering raw materials, tooling the equipment, organizing the workforce and fixing customer delivery dates [9].
Any changes on the original schedule would cause conflicts with the upper production plan and additional troubles and costs on the preparation of materials.
