The raw materials, mold, the differences with vacuum casting process, casting process with its parameters were introduced.
The internal structure of transformer is more complex, inserting a large inlay (the body), which demands more anti cracking properties of materials.
Fig.1 The middle frame structure of APG mold 3 APG casting process The APG process of casting transformer includes four processes: materials pretreatment, pre-mixing, pressure injection and curing.
This paper had studied the raw materials and mold, analyzed the difference between the APG and vacuum casting process, and introduced the APG process and process parameters.

Development of 1D materials is growing due to their special characteristics which differ from those of respective bulk crystals [1-5].
With the development of 1D nanostructure, dimensionality and size of the materials have also been regarded as critical factors that may bring some novel and unexpected properties.
Finally, the as-synthesized materials were calcined at 600C° for 5 h.
These materials can have an important impact for application in electronic devices and molecular sensors owing their extremely high surface area, synthetic versatility and low-cost.

So , the application of MOS in composites cause researchers'wide attention. In domestic fields, there were some reports about magnesium salt-modified PP[3],MOS-modified PVC[4],but there was little research about MOS/ABS composite mechanical properties. In this study,MOS and modified-MOS were added into the ABS matrix, respectively, then ,after mixing, making sample and mechanical properties testing,SEM was used to study the morphology of distribution, the effect of MOS modification to dispersion and mechanical properties of composite. The influence of the amount of using MOS to mechanical properties was explored, and better results were gained. 2.Experiment 2.1 Raw materials. In this experiment, the major raw materials are MOS and ABS.The MOS diameter, less than 1.0µm;the ratio of length to diameter ,about 100;purity, 98.17%.

Abstract.
Such as, sea embankment with riprap materials mostly, huge weight may cause the uneven settlement of bridge pile foundation, at the same time, the bridge pile foundation also generates horizontal inhomogeneous deformation, may affect the normal work of the bridge.
When the yield function F > 0, which indicates that material yield.
Calculating section [6] as shown in Fig. 1 Fig. 1 The cross section of embankment and bridge computing section (unit: m) The Basic Data and Calculation Schemes Basic data are shown in Table 1 and the Cambridge model data are in the following Table 2 Table 1 Linear elastic material parameters Name of materials Weight (KN/m3) Elastic modulus(MPa) Poisson ratio Internal friction angle Cohesion (KPa) Dike body 18.6 10.3 0.35 Silt clay 16.4 2.44 0.35 11.5 14 Clay 16.7 2.66 0.35 11 17 Granite 23 500 0.2 Pile body concrete 24 30000 0.167 Table 2 Cambridge model material parameters Name of materials Osmotic coefficient(m/s) Parameter of modulus of resilience Silt clay 2 1 0.79 1.0E-07 1.395 0.022 0.22 1.2 Clay 3.2667 1 1 2.65E-07 1.264 0.1 1 1 Calculation schemes: The first construction scheme: sea embankment construction was completed in 90 days, bridge started construction, when the construction of pile is completed, foundation continued to consolidation 90 days

Bamboo scrimber with high intensity, good tenacity and artistic bamboo grain etc owns superiorities not only in simple and productive manufacturing technique but also in improving the usage of bamboo as floor and structural materials[2-4].
It is apt to evaluate the longevity and properties of materials utilizing accelerated ageing tests to imitate the material performance change during the using process[5].
Experimental Procedure Materials and specimens.
The raw material came from Moso bamboo of 3-year old culms (Phyllostachys pubescimens) grown in Zhejiang Province.
