The Al2O3+cordierite+AlN composite ceramic has been obtained through such technique procedure as mixing materials, ball-milling, forming by dry pressing and pressutrless sintering in nitrogen at temperature between 1350°C ~ 1400°C.
The microstructure and composition of the fracture of the materials are observed by SEM and EDS.
Considering the electrical conductivity of the lamp holder, its material shall be ceramic materials with good thermal conductivity.
It is the easier to obtain dense microstructure which is advantageous to the heat conduction of composite ceramic when the materials sinter in higher temperature.

Introduction
To analyze acoustic field is crucial to manufacture the ultrasonic NDT testing process, especially for the materials with complicated structures.
Recently, the ANSYS was utilized to simulate the propagation process for longitudinal wave in the materials, which has the merit of providing the image of acoustic field at any time.
Numerical simulation Assuming that the selected part inside the material is isotropic, workpiece material is steel, and its mechanical properties [6] are shown in Table 1 below.

In recent years, TiAlN coatings obtained by IBSD techniques were widely applied to
