Abstract:
In this study, we present the manufacturing process of two new composite materials in the form of long fibers of polylactic-acid (PLA) or polypropylene (PP), reinforced by cellulose Alfa microfibers loads.
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of these advanced materials, several uniaxial tensile tests were carried out.

As early as in the 1950s, Poland professor Mike has already used the high-alumina fly ash as major raw materials to extract alumina and used the residue to produce cements.
Characterization of Raw Materials The coal fly ash from Ningxia was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and chemical analysis.

Further perfection
of this study will not only enable us to increase the available material removal rate to a new level
but also solve the workpiece burn problem of the difficult-to-machining materials in high efficiency
grinding.
The workpiece material for the grinding is TC4.
Further perfection of the study is hopeful to not only exploit largely the potential of the available high efficiency grinding, but also solve existing problems for difficult-to-machine materials in high efficiency grinding.

Purchase link lacks of supervision mechanism, and lacks of with other departments; it’s hard to ensure purchasing insufficiently steady supply of raw materials because the cooperation with suppliers is not deep enough.
Inventory model can check the status of all materials, and according this can understand the product processing process, discover existing problems timely, fully embodies the initiative work.
