In [8], the results of studying the real and imaginary parts of the complex impedance of piezoelectric ceramics (Na0.5Bi0.5) 0.94Ba0.06TiO3 + 0.3 wt.% Sm2O3 (NBT-BT), which confirmed the presence of a diffuse transition phase ,temperature and frequency dispersion of the dielectric constant, which is modeled using the modified Curie-Weiss law, are presented.
