In composite materials, to avoid stress concentration, the embedded glass fiber is uncoated and epoxy resin or silicone rubber is used as precoat to protect fiber [8].
The materials in OPCB is very complex, especially around the glass fiber, CTEs (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) are different in different materials.
Fig. 3 Section of V-groove Fig. 4 Section of U-groove Fig. 5 Section of glass fiber The finite element model is based on the following hypothesis conditions: 1) Materials are all elastic materials; 2) There is no temperature difference in the whole cross section after loading temperature; 3) The bonding interfaces between FR-4 plate and prepreg, inner and outer coating layer, and between glass fiber and inner coating layer are continuous; 4) Filler is filled evenly and ignore the filling of prepreg.
Relevant material property is shown in Table 2.

Plasma technology has in recent years emerged as a novel technique for the manufacture of newer and better materials.
It is well known that plasma processing in recent years has emerged as an efficient technique for the synthesis of new types of materials and makes material processing techniques possible [4].
This could be probably attributed to the lack of homogeneity of the surface of initial coatings of HZ10, since the starting materials may behave differently during the deposition on the substrate by the plasma spray method [13].

Due to the non-uniform characteristics of water color and spatial distribution of bottom materials, the relationship between the gray values and the water depth is difficult to be described by the theoretic model of single band reflection.
Lots of studies show that the influences of bottom materials and water type can be eliminated through the reflection ratio of the two bands, and the water depth can also be calculated by the ratio of the two bands: or (5) As the biggest depth of arid grass-type lake in the arid area is generally less than 3 meters, the spatial distribution of the water types and the bottom materials change obviously.
