Abstract: Zeolite as a cheap mineral material in industry used in catalytic and environment protection, long time has passed for research on zeolite modification, synthesis and application.
Zeolite crystals surface modification can not only improve zeolite aperture, improve zeolite adsorption catalytic performance, can also used for the preparation of a zeolite compound catalysts metal material.

The disadvantage of these materials is the elevated operating temperature and consequently high energy consumption.
Measurements with uncoated Kelvin and QCM samples were performed to eliminate the influence of the materials used as back electrode in the sample setup.
