T2 means the knowledge transfer from suppliers to manufacturers, including the supplier's inventory, raw materials, a variety of performance indicators, using parameters, alternative raw materials, and new materials selection and so on.
T2′ means the knowledge transfer from manufacturers to suppliers, including production planning, procurement planning, production technology, raw materials problem.
Successful knowledge transfer between suppliers and manufacturers will not only help suppliers to lower inventory, improve the technical specifications of raw materials; but also help manufacturers to reduce procurement costs and production costs, enhance the quality of products.
