Experimental
The preparation of nanometer materials
17.0mL Ti(OC4H9)4 and 4.8ml triethanolamine was dissolved in 52.3mL anhydrous ethanol, to stir for 10 minutes, then add a certain amount of La(NO3)3 solution with different concentration, the transparent colloidal suspension could be got by adding 10ml ethanol and 1ml distilled water and stirring for 2 hours.
