Engineering ceramic is the ideal material for high-speed and high precision motorized spindle due to perfect characteristics of light weight, wear resistance, high temperature, high strength, and so on.
Engineering ceramics with perfect characteristics, such as light weight, wear resistance, high temperature, high strength, high stiffness and so on, is regarded as ideal material for spindle bearings and axis of high performance CNC machine tool.
Application of engineering ceramics in motorized spindle of CNC machine tools is very helpful for improvement performance of CNC machine tools.
