Development of Non Contact Torque Sensor applied to Wind Generator Dong-Ying Ju1, a, and Kazuaki Tabata2,b 1Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Saitama Institute of Technology, Fusaiji 1690, Fukaya, 369-0293, Saitama, Japan 2Advanced Institute of Science, Fusaiji 1690, Fukaya, 369-0293, Saitama, Japan adyju@sit.ac.jp, btabata@sit.ac.jp Keywords: Torque sensor, wind generator, magnetic material, non-linear control, variable speed Abstract.
As for general steel shaft currently used for various rotating bodies, the amplitude permeability according [ on the process of manufacture of axial material and to torque for a composition of a magnetic domain and remaining stress reason has much variation, what the problem which hysteresis produces also has and is put in practical use by the magnetostriction formula, The torque converter which asks for torque from amplitude permeability change of axial magnetostriction material with the axis into which it processed embedding centering on high permeability magnetostriction material with little hysteresis etc., the coil set to non-contact on the outside, etc. is only put in practical use.
Sensitivity adjustment of a torque sensor output etc. which attached with the sensor head mechanism united with the diameter of a shaft of test equipment as shown in Fig. 5, designed and manufactured the jig, and were united with an axial material are performed.

There are materials, however, which, due to their heat sensitivity cannot be processed by melt methods, and from these composites can be prepared by some kind of dry blending process [6].
Therefore the traditional dry blending machines cannot be used for mixing these materials, but a new method, ball milling, can meet, however, the expected requirements.
Materials and methods GUR 4120 of Ticona ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) was used as a matrix material, to which multiwalled carbon nanotubers (MWCNT) produced by the Pannon University of Veszprém, Hungary were added at 0.25, 0.5 and 1 wt% loading (see Figure 1.).

This equipment has been previously described in more detail and used for the evaluation of other micro-sized materials [9-11].
This further reinforces the need for procedures, such as that demonstrated here, for the evaluation of materials properties upon the microscale.
Conclusions Kq fracture toughness values can be measured for materials such as γ-based TiAl upon the microscale.

Research carried out has demonstrated the importance of using these materials due to their nutritional qualities and potential and their use in the production and enrichment of food products [5,6,7].
Drying has proven to be an important process for using these materials, as it allows the removal of moisture from the food, bringing benefits in its storage, transportation and reducing losses due to the proliferation of microorganisms and deterioration of the raw food [9].
