It will be helpful to save money for buying new products, backup and reduce the waste of energy, raw materials and outlay owing to management and stop running.
Remanufacturing technology and its application Materials failures, such as wear, corrosion and fatigue, usually occur on the surface.
Many key techniques applied in remanufacturing come from up-to-date achievement of science and technology such as advanced surface technique, micro and nano-coating and wear-resistance self-recovery material and technique, renovation heat treatment technique, molding technique of remanufacturing blank and up-date of outdated products.
The Ni-Al alloy coatings was chosed as remanufacting materials.

A variety of valuable metals and minerals can be recoveried from metal tailings, and elements in the tailings resources can be used as raw materials of refractories, which are the important mineral raw materials in industry of construction, ceramics, and glass.
The technology of secondary carbon-thermal reduction (SCR) is used to transform metal tailings into silicon carbide composite materials.
For refractory products involved in this study, the innovation point is that composition and ratio of raw materials has been optimized.
The stress fields of the two materials at high temperature are simulated by ANSYS.

Materials and methods Soil-bin design The experiment adopted the self-designed steel tank (length×width×height = 200 cm×50 cm×70 cm), the slope could be adjusted within 0 ~ 30°, and a 10 cm high thin iron plate was installed inside the soil-bin to prevent raindrop splashing into the groove and prevent the lateral erosion of surface water and soil.

Also, details regarding materials, machines, tools and economic analyses are fulfilled.
Material Database Materials database is organized in two interconnected directions: part material, as entity to be machined, and tool material, as entity used in machining.
The materials framing structure is presented in Table 1, based on data from DIN/ISO 513 [12].

As modern science and technology continue to develop, the various methods have appeared to improve the life of cutter.
For instance suing the new type of materials, the ceramic material and cubic boron nitride, to make the cutter, a lot of difficult problem ware solved using the methods in the machining process, but they are far from ready to be used; Another example the coating technology using the sulfurizing of low temperatures by electrolyze method, though the method can improve the life of cutter, the required equipment is costly, the manufacture cost is too high, the environmental pollution of work is worse.
Base on the principle of metal physics, in metallic material the free electron has inherent magnetic (basic magnet, also magnetic domain).

Rogulska, 2006] Many years ago, price of mineral oil are as low as compared to the bio-based materials.
This work that to the discovery of the polyurethanes was performed in order to synthesized novel materials that were not covered by the polyamide patents of nylon materials, held by Carothers at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co (fig.2 [P.H.
In order to achieve this goal, observation of surfaces were then carefully characterized by X-ray diffraction (XR-D) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Experimental Materials.
Materials used in this study were: polyol based on palm oil (patent application no.

[4] Friction welding finds widespread industrial use as a mass-production process for the joining of similar and dissimilar materials. [5,6,7,8,9,10], analysed Friction welding can be used to join metals of widely differing thermal and mechanical properties.
According to ANOVA standard the materials were prepared (12mm diameter, 100mm length) and subjected to friction welding.
The parameters for friction welding the materials were identified through RSM based on the values which are high and low in values of forging pressure/time.
