Materials and Methods Materials Graphite flakes (3061) were sourced from Asbury Graphite Mill Inc., while silver nitrate (AgNO₃, 98%), potassium permanganate (KMnO₄, 98%), and sodium nitrite (NaNO₂) were purchased from R&M Chemicals.
On the other hand, AgNPs or materials that release silver ions (Ag+) may have an advantage in this method.
