When geometry parameters, material properties and applied loads are subject to normal random variables, reliability optimization design of the gear box is studied.
It is important to note that material properties, geometry parameters and applied loads of the structure are assumed to be normal random variables.

Abstract: In the present work, Ni/MgO powder was prepared by co-precipitation in which CO restore NiO to elemental subtance Ni due to C2O42- was decompose to CO and CO2 at 700℃.
Especially for fields of battery materials and alloy binder metal, Ni/MgO is applied widely as a catalyst that improve thermal conductivity, the heat resistance and dynamic performance of hydrogen storage materials[1].
Experimental methods The Ammonium oxalate [(NH4)2C2O4・H2O] of 25g, 1.4mol/L NiCl2・6H2O and MgCl2・4H2O of a amount of 77g were used as starting materials for preparing Ni/MgO.

Due to its low rigidity and the release of residual stress after more than 90% of the materials are
removed, the large-scaled parts easily deform during the cutting process.
