With

As superlattice quantum well materials can achieve the quantum size effect, also can realize the control of the semiconductor energy band and physical properties by changing the ratio of materials, the width of potential well or potential barrier [1-3].

Overview of the Tensile Experiment at Low Temperature Test Purpose. according to "low-temperature tensile test methods for metallic materials" [2] [GB / T 13239-2006] and "room temperature tensile test methods for metallic materials" [3] [GB / T 228-2002] , the Q460C(14mm at thick) steel’s tensile test is carried out under 5 temperature points containing respectively -60 ℃, -40 ℃, -20 ℃, 0 ℃ and +20 ℃.
