That is why some mechanical properties connected to the materials behavior under dynamic load were examined.
The increase of rhenium content improves the strength as well as plastic properties of the examined materials.
During the further investigation the materials containing more than 10% rhenium content should be tested.
Moreover ballistic tests should be carried out to determine the possibility of using these materials for kinetic energy penetrators.

A laser ultrasonic based nondestructive evaluation (NDE) technique has been widely used in aerospace industries for inspecting parts and structures made of composite materials.
Introduction Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) is a composite material that has been used extensively in current aircraft structures due to its advanced mechanical property of high stiffness to weight ratio.

Tracer materials Mt4 which are injected into water wells respectively emerge in well 1, 2 and 3 (figure 4).
Tracer materials are advanced at a fastest speed of 2.2 m/d in well 3, a medium speed of 1.8 m/d in well 1 and a slowest speed of 1.3 m/d in well 2.
Emergence and advancing speed of tracer materials in wells and rate correlation degree value are consistent.
By analyzing tracer materials of 10 well groups among them, it can be verified that emergence of tracer materials in wells corresponds fairly to interwell communication analyzed by rate correlation degree method.

In this paper we report the fabrication of SiC-based Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (MOS) capacitor with Pt contact materials and different high-κ dielectric materials (TiO2 or HfO2).
This paper reports the influence that the choice in dielectric materials have on the high temperature characteristics of SiC based MIS capacitors.

Finite Element Analysis for Rocker Arms of Vertical Roller Mill on the ANSYS Workbench Kun Cheng College of Manufacturing Science and Engineering,Southwest University of Science and Technology,Mianyang, 621010,China chengkun73@163.com Key words: Vertical Roller Mill, Rocker Arm, Finite Element Analysis, ANSYS Workbench Abstract: Based on illuminating the structure, working principle and force analysis of vertical roller mill, the finite element analysis of rocker arms is carried out on ANSYS Workbench (AWE) platform.
At operation, the reduction gear is drove by motor in order to cause millstone to rotate, and the grinding materials are taken into the center of millstone by equipments of locking wind and feeding.
Under centrifugal force, the materials move into millstone around then into grinding roller[3-4].
