Introduction
As the plastically deformed sheet metals form a broad range of products throughout the world, such as automobile components, submarine hulls, aircraft frames, and construction materials, sheet metal forming is becoming one of the most common manufacturing processes.
In our simulations, the flow curve of the examined materials HC340LAD with a thickness 1.0 mm was gained by putting the strength coefficient K, and strain hardening coefficient n, in the power law σ=K(ε+ε0)n by experimental works.

It is therefore surprising that its chemical properties are not better understood,
properties that are fundamental to developing a model of the materials ageing behaviour.
The lithium hydride's reactivity with air and moisture is the main hazard with handling the material and the major concern when fielding the material.
Surface science techniques such as DRIFT, diffuse reflectance infra-red spectroscopy, are being used to measure the hydrolysis products on the hydride surface.
Particulate material is of more concern.
