The tangential grinding forces are crucial as they govern the wheel wear, and also have direct relationship with the normal grinding forces as the main sources of surface damage, especially for brittle materials.
Therefore, the selective ablation of the bond material increases the percentage of energy spent for material removal rather than the energy lost as a result of rubbing and plowing.

Chitosan application has a huge market in the food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, cosmetic and functional materials and other fields[2].
It become a hot topics of current research by using natural plant crystalline cellulose as chitosan reinforcement fiber to develop a lightweight, high-performance, low-cost, fully biodegradable materials[3]。
In this study, corn stalk cellulose microcrystal was prepared, corn stalk microcrystalline cellulose/chitosan composite film materials were prepared, and the thermal stability and mechanical properties of composite film were investigated.
Experiment Materials Corn stalk, taken from the corn field;Chitosan was provided by Jinan Dai gang biological science co., Ltd.; Ammonium ferrous sulfate and other reagents were all analytical reagent.

That is to say, the relaxation of residual stress is concerned with the applied load and the materials propriety.
In shot peening processing, the stress induced phase transformation usually takes place for certain materials, and residual stresses in different phases must be evaluated with an X-ray diffraction technique.
