Design of a Thin Metal Product with the Developable Middle Surface from a Sheet by Parabolic Bending

The possibility of manufacturing any torso product without creases and tears from a thin sheet made of plastic materials is theoretically proved.

On the contrary, most materials did not contact with tool surface in tool B at the beginning.
Most of materials could deform freely.
First, bigger width makes much more materials take part in preforming in cavity B than in cavity A.

METHODS
2.1 Materials
The device used in the paper is inverted confocal micro Raman spectrometer (JY LabRam INV) with argon laser, which is produced by Horiba JY Company, and the excitation wavelength is 514.5 nm.
However, using the standard sample for the test of stability and confocal characteristic can ensure the intensity of different spectral can be comparable, which can also make Raman spectroscopy has good correspondence to the material and components of different position.

Concrete choose element of solid65,in order to easily extract the reinforcement stress data, we use separate modeling, and reinforced choose link8 element; The unit of shell41 can be under tensile stress, while not under compressive stress, we choose it realize the better simulation about Carbon fiber, Material parameters of steel and concrete are conventional value obtained from engineering design practice; The mass density of carbon fiber is 1700 kg/m3, the ultimate tensile strength is 3000 Mpa, and modulus of elasticity is 2.3x105 Mpa.
Poisson's ratio of all materials is 0.3.
