Abstract: Low temperature self-propagating forming coating material system for aluminum alloy cylinder parts was designed with Al, Fe2O3, Mo, Cu, Ni and Ti powders as raw materials.
Finally, start the centrifuge, gradually adjust the speed of the centrifuge and keep it at the predetermined speed position for 5 s, start the ignition device to trigger SHS Reaction, when the reaction stops and the ceramics in the tube turn from red to black, gradually reduce the speed of the centrifuge to stop, and take out the coating test piece of aluminum alloy cylinder after cooling to room temperature. 2.3 Characterization The microstructure of the powder and coating was analyzed by jsm6360 scanning electron microscope, and the phase composition of the powder was analyzed by RIGAKU D / max - 3C X-ray diffractometer.
