Abstract: The designed weighing pressure sensor can adapt to the coal mine underground complex environment.
The working point of sensor’s deformation material is more lower than its elastic limit, zero drift is more smaller and its stability is better.
Eq.3 is derived in a variety of reasonable hypothesis conditions, but it is not a standard linear relationship between P and Δ(f2) under the influence of the actual factors such as structure type, material properties, heat treatment , processing technology, energizer influence etc.
