When PCBs enter the environment, they can readily adsorb to organic materials, sediments or soils.
Then it is used to cover buried waste materials to prevent contact with the environment and to effectively manage the human and ecological risks associated with a remediation site.

Introduction
High temperature superconducting (HTS) films are important material to fabricate high-quality high frequency devices.
Apart from most widely used Y based HTS films, another important HTS film is the Tl based material.
Several materials such as CeO2 [5-6], LaNiO3 [7], Gd2O3 and GdAlO3 [8] were studied for the HTS buffer layer.

Materials and Methods
The crude oil samples were collected directly from the wellhead of each of the four oil wells namely Gilli-Gilli [Gelegele] 1 (GG1), Gilli-Gilli [Gelegele] North (GGN), Ovia 1 Short String (OSS) and Ovia 1 Long String (OLS) at Dubri producing Nigeria onshore locations at Ughoton and Gilli-Gilli [Gelegele], Edo State, Nigeria.
Studies have shown that crude oils are formed during categenesis of sedimentary organic materials which migrate from the rock sources into rock reservoir under the combined effect of temperature and pressure [4].
This suggests that the crude oils under study might have been formed from materials of terrestrial origin.

Therefore, frequent health monitoring of materials would result in improved durability and safety of structures.
Also, many other research studies [13]-[16] have followed the electrical resistance change method to composite materials.

For this reason, polymers have been found as alternative materials as they possess high stretch ability, large strain and easy fabrication process.
These materials have high controlled deformation capability as high as 50 µm for an input power of only 10 mW [1,2].
SU-8 are used as the material of the polymer membrane while Nickel in form of cubes-matrix material is used as the permanent magnet.
