Introduction
In the Urals, significant supplies of oxidized nickel ores are concentrated which are a raw material resources base for Rezhnickel, Ufaleynickel, Yuzhural nickel plants.
The possible method is the processing of the main material amount pyrometallurgically and the leaching of the ore part followed by the nickel extraction from poor solutions.

Bistable stochastic resonance model
Stochastic resonance has been widely studied an applied in physics, chemisty, biotechnology,
bio-medical engineering, and model research since it was first intruduced by Intalian scientist Benzi
to explain the earth climate change discipline in 1980s [3-11].

The material of pressure vessels may be brittle such as cast iron, or ductile such as mild steel.
The manufacturing cost of the pressure vessel is a combination of material cost, welding cost and forming cost.
Note: All are in inch Problem Description A typical input data required to develop a mathematical model for pressure vessel design is Pressure vessel material = SAE J2340 – 830R Where R=High Strength Recovery Annealed 1.

The principle of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor [6] The fundamental principle behind FBG sensor operation is Fresnel reflection, which depicts reflect and refract phenomenon at the interface when light traveling between materials with different refractive indices.
Therefore, by measuring changes of reflection FBG wavelength via fiber Bragg grating modulation and demodulation apparatus, values of neff and Λ are obtained, just like in Fig.1: Fig. 1 FBG sensing principle When FBG affected by axial strain and enviroment temperature simultaneously, the amount of wavelength change of FBG is : (2) Where ΔλB is wavelength shift amount; ∆εf is axial strain of FBG; αs is thermal expansion coefficient of the optical fiber; ζs is thermal coefficient of FBG; Δt is temperature change amount ; Pc is valid photoelastic coefficient and can be expressed as: (3) Where υ is the Poisson ratio of core material, P11 and P12 is the Pockels coefficients of photoelastic tensor.
