Dynamic Threshold Criterion The basic idea: When the production process of a normal period of time the material production line to be detected with bright color, the color was marking the center of the normal value of the material set a little higher, and another production line for some time dim to be detected when the normal material, and put the value lower, then the normal-based materials was determined the color centers to determine the normal value of foreign material and the color threshold.
In this way, the system can production line for color specific material changes in normal circumstances, a certain time interval to determine the automatic adjustment of the normal material and foreign body color threshold.
The system of early learning both of the knowledge base can be obtained, a sample selection by man is under the conditions of supervised learning; other materials is the direct line of real-time image analysis study.

The incorporation of sustainable materials in the civil construction sector has grown in recent years to minimize environmental impacts.
Among these materials, the use of earth, a local raw material that does not require much energy for its processing, appears as an advantageous and promising alternative.

Direct conversion of sunlight into electricity and heat is carried out on thin films of high purity materials equipped with suitable physical properties.
These materials are very sensitive to external operational factors that cause degradation of optical, chemical and electrical properties.
Failure of materials should be prevented in case of solar cells under wide spectrum of atmospheric conditions and thus detection of quality of surface is very important.
Nowadays, trend in research and development in various kind of industry is to implement non-destructive technique for monitoring of quality of coating materials or corrosion activity/passivity.
Here, historical data from previous corrosion measurements and atmospheric parameters are implemented in huge database and trained to predict mass losses of metallic materials [6].
