However, the processing time of press forming is extremely short, thus the contact between the die and the material varies with time; making the flow of the material extremely complex.

The original coarse grains elongate along the materials flow direction notably when the strain rate increased to 0.1 and 1-s (Fig. 4c).
The deformation heat raises the temperature with increasing strain rate, which makes the materials easier to be deformed.

Recently, laminated structure material is increasingly used in packaging applications due to their high stiffness, high strength and various components with strength far that of the original materials [3].
Due to the different material properties of these layers, troubles sometimes occurs with unstable cutting phenomena.

It makes sense that algal oil might be used to lubricate coated low-friction steel components and that it works well to lubricate friction mechanisms using WC/C & metal coated components (in range of systemic materials) (WC/C - tungsten carbide carbon layer) [8].
Microalgae oil is great for lubrication of combinations of materials: WC/C & WC/C, WC/C & steel, steel & WC/C, steel & steel and it has excellent antiwear and antiseizure properties [8].
Microalgal bio-oils also have better antiwear and antiseizure properties and lubricating effectiveness is almost twice in the coated material systems.
