It was found that the weight loss rate of surface material significantly higher than the center materials of the pellet at different heating rates through the experiment, and lignin pyrolysis accelerated leading to substantially coincide of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin pyrolysis, With the increase of air temperature, maximum weight loss rate increased, the pellet heating rate accelerated, sped up the pellet ignition, the ignition temperature should be above 500˚C.
Wang Cuiping [8] analyzed and compared with the combustion characteristics of the pellets forming materials and raw material, indicating that cellulose structural changes to make ignition temperature decreases.
Fig 1: TG-DTG curves at 20˚C /min Fig 2: TG-DTG curves at 200˚C /min It can be seen that under different heating rates the weight loss rate of surface of the raw material significantly higher than the center of the raw material in figure 1 and 2, both materials are pyrolyzed into two peaks, which are cellulose and hemicellulose pyrolysis peak and lignin pyrolysis peak, at the first pyrolysis peak the surface is below the center of the raw material, while the second peak the surface is higher than the center.

The original coarse grains elongate along the materials flow direction notably when the strain rate increased to 0.1 and 1-s (Fig. 4c).
The deformation heat raises the temperature with increasing strain rate, which makes the materials easier to be deformed.

The materials used to laser transmission micro- joining based on the mask are PET, and the experiments are conducted on diode laser.
Therefore, the materials can’t absorb enough heat.
However, when clamp pressure is more than 1.5MPa, materials are squeezed because of oversize clamp pressure, preventing the molten of materials.
