Concrete in this system is considered as linear elastic material, while rubber bearing is regarded as incompressible nonlinear elastic material.

In order to reduce the noise transfer function, damping materials were applied to the sensitive thin plates, the modification effect proved to be content in the real working condition.
In order to simulate the actual sound field more accurately, all the plates installed with sound-absorbing material has been assign sound-absorbing properties of the panel.
In order to reduce the noise transfer function, it is reasonable to add damping material to these plates which have a severe vibration as Fig.4 indicates.
