Machinability Evaluation of Engineering Ceramics with Digraph Method L.J.
A new method is proposed for machinability comprehensive evaluation of engineering ceramic materials based on digraph theory.
At present, ceramic materials are applied extensively in various engineering areas, grinding is the widely machining way.
Machinability of four typical engineering ceramics were evaluated and machined.

Construction waste is different from the original building materials.
In the planning stage of the construction, try to consider using green building materials and easily recycled materials.
Old bricks and broken tiles are mixed together as materials of ground bricks, materials of unburned masonry cement, cement admixture, or used in the roadbed engineering with lime.

Preparation and Characterization of Biodegradable β-TCP-based Composite Microspheres as Bone Tissue Engineering Scaffolds Qingfeng Zan, Chen Wang, Limin Dong, Rui Liu and Jiemo Tian Beijing Key Laboratory of Fine Ceramics, Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, People's Republic of China Keywords: Tricalcium phosphate, Chitosan, Microspheres, Tissue engineering Abstract.
In vitro immersion experiments were carried out to evaluate the degradability of the microspheres, and the results demonstrated that the chitosan/β-TCP composite microspheres were potential materials as tissue engineering scaffolds for bone repair.
β-TCP ceramics have been used as bone-filling materials in orthopedic surgery.

Construction materials should be taken from the nature locally to their full ability. the work process should avoid causing too much impact on the environment and biology.
The following are the instructions to tectonic units and engineering classification.( Fig.1) Fig 1 Engineering classification and tectonic units of ecological engineering Engineering method.
Engineering method is an approach in which the engineering needs is met only by the use of civil engineering structures which includes traditional flood control project and water management project But considering the ecology, materials and construction techniques conforming to ecological requirements should be selected (such as a porous structure designed to create environment conducive to the natural growth of plants and in line with lives of the local aquatic or amphibious creatures)and try to avoid the use of concrete and other man-made materials in order to make engineering structures meet the needs of ecology and landscape in its appearance and function.
Therefore, heavy engineering materials or retaining structures is needed to provide sufficient engineering stability for the easy survival of the plants in the condition where the river attack shore or bank slope is very steep, with deep slide potential, or the high lateral pressure.
Just like the traditional retaining structure, the structure material can be concrete, wood, stone, and artificial materials.

It has a certain guiding significance to further improve the reform of engineering classroom teaching reform.
Firmly Grasping the Before Class - Class – after Class Three Links In the link of preparing lessons before the class, seriously studying teaching materials and excavating thinking materials deeply The teaching materials of engineering specialty courses have less tight deduction system than basic course materials, and it is much more difficult to follow the prescribed order in thinking activity teaching compared with the traditional knowledge teaching.
Teaching materials previously tell about the rectangular section flexural calculation, therefore, we can extent T shaped cross section bending calculation to the rectangle section, I-shaped, portal, inverted L shaped section or ribbed structure.
Emphasized the practical engineering of the key problems, and then guide the students’ image thinking, help students memory on the basis of understanding.

Study on Key Techniques of Control System for Dry-mixed Mortar Production Line Huan Zhang College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Qingdao Agriculture University, Qingdao,Shandong,266109,China huan0804@163.com Keywords: Dry-mixed Mortar, control system, PLC, weighing instrumentation, intelligent adjust algorithm Abstract.
Generally, dry-mixed mortar is made of gel materials, aggregates and various additives and other components.
The role of gel materials is to aggregate and other particles bonded together and bonded at the base roots level.
Gel materials in dry-mixed mortar are used with cement, gypsum and hydrated lime and so on.
