In order to verify the model a comparison must be made between the strip surface temperature predicted by the model and the data obtained at the hot rolling line.
In the analysis the procedure collects the temperature data of exit of roll gap during each iterative solution then write them to a data file.
As can be seen from Fig. 9, the predicted temperature data agrees well with the data of pyrometer.
(5) The predictions of the model are in a good agreement with the plant-recorded surface temperature data.

The differential write scheme compare a new data value with an old data value and only write on the NVM cells for which the old and new values are different.

In this paper, whether FCC Unit has structural stability or not, we found out FEA(Finite Element) after trying 3D modeling by using FCC Unit’s condition of design and critical stress as a translating data.
Data of pressure vessel follows ASME, and we made an assessment through this standard.
Fig.2 According to the results of the analysis, the Equivalent (von-Mises) stress is 188.84MPa, the data is on the ASME Code, which is higher than 180MPa.
The Equivalent (von-Mises) stress is 123.61MPa, this data satisfies the ASME Code.
In this paper, Rib reinforcement was used for a method of stress reduction.

The data obtained with the accelerometer was then plotted by MATLAB.
The vibration data were measured with an accelerometer and a time series graphs were plotted with MATLAB.
From the vibration analysis data, it has been clearly observed that the system in normal cutting is little unstable compared to ultrasonic machining process.
This phenomenon is a clear indication of change in vibration characteristic of the system in different conditions and is a proof of reduction of chatter in addition to tool wear reduction.
The accelerometer data shows that vibration of tool holder and the cutting tool is reduced with the application of ultrasound.

Fig.4c shows that percentage of area reduction impacted on axial force, technical parameters are:α=25°,β=50%, d0=50mm. percentage of area reduction is 30%, 50%, 60%, 70%.

On the other hand, when the direction of transition from S1>S0 to S1=S0, the rolling reduction Z increases with the increasing of percentage of area reduction.
Because of much collected data, we choose the maximum rolling force in operating condition of each diameter to draw the curve in Fig.6.
