Abstract.
Introductions The high vanadium high speed steel (HSS) is a new type of wear resistant material, in recent years it is used in outer materials of mill roll in many countries.[1] In this material the vanadium is used as primary alloying element to form VC which has high hardness to increase the wear resistance.
The induced martensitic transformation from retained austenite makes the strength of the material near the crack source increase, which increase the crack resistance and the service life is increased.

Terrigenous clastic materials make up 50%~60% of total volume, of which various lava and granitic debris are comprised, rounding of varying degrees, mostly sub-rounded.
Interstitial materials mostly are carbonate mineral, clay mineral, and albite.
And the studying contents primarily focus on some aspects on dissolution characteristics of tuffaceous materials, effects of the existence of tuffaceous particles on physical properties and heterogeneities of sandstone, clay minerals and special minerals in tuffaceous sands and its relationship with hydrocarbon reservoirs.

Cassava has its main components as water and starch and is a high energy food material.
Grating is a common and an essential step in the processing of cassava, it alters the texture of the raw materials and allows for fermentation of the mash and breakdown of cyanide containing compounds.
The other underlying aspect of this work was that the manufacturing processes and materials adopted were exactly the same as those applied in the conventional designs so that their production costs were the same.
