The kiln loads are 9,500 kN, mainly from shell, refractory bricks, chains, material weight and crust, and can be simplified as 22 concentrated loads and 29 distributed loads.
Due to the material impact and axis deflection, the support reactions will vary in the range of 1000-4000 kN.

Supply Chain
Supply chain is defined as a network of corporate organization in order to improve and enhance the flow of information and material between customer and supplier with the consideration of lower price and highest speed.
Environmental indicators cover performance related to inputs (e.g., material, energy, water) and output (e.g., emissions, effluents, waste).

In batch composition, it is nearly impossible to avoid polyvalent transition metals as trace impurities introduced by raw materials and melting technique[1].
The raw materials were silica sand, soda ash, dolomite and calcined alumina including chemical agents such as Na2SO4, NaNO3, Sb2O3 and carbon.
Thus, Er2O3 can be used in a physical decolorization of glass industry when raw materials contained iron contaminates.
