Introduction
Widely used in civil engineering strengthening and reinforcing, modern fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) exhibit relatively elevated climatic stability, but in prolonged exposure to climatic factors, their properties can change[1].The extensive use of these materials in different branches of modern civil engineering poses the problem of a complex study of atmospheric aging of FRP.
Statistical results of material properties.
Suppose positive effect (enhance process) and negative influences (damage process) are independent, irreversible change of fiber reinforced polymer strength can be written as: (1) whereis strength value of composite materials after the aging time t; is initial strength value of the composite materials; is material parameter reflects curing degree of materials, is material and external environment parameter which reflects strengthen rate characteristics, is material parameter reflects resistance to crack propagation ability and is parameter reflects external environment erosive.

In order to simulate the plastic deformation of the subgrade material, Drucker- Prager Model is used in the soft area under the slab.
From mechanics of materials can be known that the half corner can be damaged most easily, then the half side, and the center of the slab is most difficult to be damaged, which is consistent to the cement concrete pavement damage.
