Abstract.
The brief energy band map of crystallite film materials For briefness, a model of one dimension monolayer atom is used here.
Conclusion It can be known from above analysis that the film is composed of a number of grains, for many materials, scattering effect of a number of barriers ∆ is very remarkable on carriers, thus, the film is changed into insulators.

Introduction
Engineering ceramic materials have many application in mechenics, electronics, chemistry engineering and other fields, because of their high hardness, high-temperature strength, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
However, to process such hard and brittle materials is a difficult work.
The poor machinability of this kind of materials, owing to their low fracture toughness and very limited ductility, have hindered their commercial exploitation[1].

At present, the related researches of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester at home and abroad generally focus on the preparation of piezoelectric materials and applications of new piezoelectric materials, piezoelectric structural design optimization, power management and the design of matching circuit[3,4].
The material of the cantilever is beryllium copper, the material of the piezoelectric layer is bulk PZT, so it can called PZT layer, the mass material is a high density nickel metal.

The basic route of large coking enterprise materials circulation is: coke industry and
upstream coal washing industry of industrial chain, downstream metallurgy and chemical industry
should make comprehensive use of the close relationship electricity industry and building material
industry, etc. which build together to industrial park.
The main by-products of coal industry are coke oven gas and coal tar, which are sound energy or chemical raw materials.

Get two samples sized 280mm×30mm and 30mm×280mm, test on the multi-material measuring machine with the speed of 200mm/min, then get the tensile strength parameter of this material.
Based on these phenomenons we think that this material is transversely isotropic material, but the tensile strength is different under different tensile speed.

Abstract: In order to essentially improve interfacial transition zone between cement paste and
aggregate, the concept and ideal model of function aggregate are developed.
Based on optimization of raw materials and processing techniques, high strength aggregate with low absorption and minor C2S and C4AF phase in coating layer is acquired.
Materials and experimental program 2.1 Materials. The matrix of FA pellets were sintered from a combination of fly ash, expanded shale, Kaolin and quartz powder.
The chemical properties of the raw materials were indicated in Table 1.
