In this paper, the MAE parameters such as extractant,the ratio of solvents to materials, microwave irradiation power, and extraction time were optimized by RSM from black soybean hull.
Interaction analysis In the ethanol concentration,the ratio of solvents to materials, microwave irradiation power, and extraction time of the four factors,any of two factors as X and Y, as the Z in the absorbance, make the corresponding 3D figure.
The optimal processing conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 60.35%(pH value 2.0),the ratio of solvents to materials 40.00mL·g-1, microwave irradiation power 237.86W, and extraction time 74.26 s , under the optimal conditions, the maximal absorbance was of 1.590.
