The results indicated that the viscosity and Mw of A. bulbifer was the largest, gel strength was almost same (p>0.05) and the molecular structure were of no differences of three KGM.
Therefore no significant different chemical groups were in the structure of KGM in A. rivieri, A. albus and A. bulbifer flour.

The stronger effect of steel chemistry on yield stress of steel B is due to its higher contents of C, Mn and Nb compared to steel A which contains higher contents of Mo, Cr and Ti.
Strong reduction at lower FRT and low CR promote the austenite transformation to undesirable grain boundary ferrite, instead of a bainitic structure.
The yield strength of strip of 163 steel is very dependent on the precipitation hardening of Ti(C) in the bainitic structure.
The final bainitic structure of strip specimens processed at 1200°C is finer than for 1255°C.
As shown in Fig. 5, the steel 164 shows bainitic and partly martensitic structures at higher cooling rates, a result of the Cr and Mo contents in this steel.

For this first study on SiC we limited to the structure with SiO2 gate oxide.
Structure of the fabricated MISFET Prior to graphene synthesis drain and source have been patterned.
The P+ epilayer has been completely etched outside the drain and source patterns, through Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) with SF6/O2 chemistry and Ni based hard mask [6].
Graphene has been then patterned to form the channel areas, by dry RIE using O2 chemistry and AZ5214E photoresist as mask.
Scanning Electron Microscopy observations have been performed on these structures at this process step.

Table 1 show that the results of the interplanar distance (d002) had values close to 0.335 nm, which corresponds to graphite perfect structure.
In APT500 sample, for processing at 500oC, the structure has relatively fewer areas with the graphite plate-like appearance.
On the other hand, for the 1100oC, APT1100 sample, most of anthracene structure has the typical graphite plates.

Conclusions: In this paper, core-shell structured nanoparticles Gd2O3:Tb3+ /SiOx have been successfully synthesized by a two-step process: The obtained nanoparticles presented clear core-shell structure in TEM images.
