This paper introduces the main concept of battery charging of an electric vehicle, and studies the working principle and hardware scheme of an intelligent charging system, and researches the material performance.
Material Performance (1) Environmental conditions: Working temperature: -20℃~+50℃; Relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%;Altitude: ≤ 1000m; When people use it in the special areas, we assign the parameters on order according to local environmental conditions
Acknowledgement This research is carried out with the support of the science and technology project of xuchang city(2119), which the authors gratefully acknowledge.

After carrying out a serious experiments, it’s believed thickness affect lifespan of focal materials to some extent.
So we can conclude that the thicker the focal materials get, the easier it would crack, and when the thinner the focal materials get, the easier it would bend.
When designing thickness of these materials we should depend on various conditions and select a optimal value.
From the simulation of thermal stress, we conclude that the thicker the focal materials get, the easier it would crack, and when the thinner the focal materials get, the easier it would bend.

To predict the intermodulation performance of an integrated optical spectrum analyser, due to the acousto-optic interaction, Uchida and Niizeki, on the other hand, analysed a Bragg-regime acousto-optic interaction involving a plane optical wave and developed the espression of eqn.1[3] ro present the relationship between the relative diffracted-light intensity and the relative acoustic-signal power:
(1)
Where W= diffracted-light intensity;W0=incident light-beam intensity;=a reference acoustic power density; L=acoustic beamwidth; free-space optical wavelength; TS=acoustic power density; M2=figure of merit of the material
Fig.1 shows a plot of eqn.1 from which it is obvious that it is a nonlinear equation and, therefore, can be used to predict the output nonlinear products resulting from a single-frequency sine-wave acoustic input. Moreover, it is well established in RF techniques that the single-carrier input/output characteristic

But surface modification of inorganic powders with
organic could be changed the dispersion in organic solvents and the organic-inorganic composite
nanoparticles is causing much interesting in science and industry, Norio Nakayama prepared the TiO2
which were modified by a two-step modification using both propionic acid and n-hexylamine, and it
was well dispersed in the organic solvent[4].
