It is more remarkable that the excessive input of fertilizer, pesticide and other chemicals and residual exceeding the standards of harmful material in some agricultural products caused the incidents of consumer food poisoning [5].
Second, we need to construct ecological countryside from the angle of science and technology innovation.
From the view of science and technology innovation, we can have a construction of ecological countryside.

Abstract.
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of ultra-supercritical unit waterwall tube material in simulated solution of oxygenated treatment (OT) with different concentration of Cl- and SO42- at room temperature was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel slopes.
The material employed was T23 steel, which has a composition of 0.04-0.10% C, ≤0.50% Si, 0.10-0.60% Mn, ≤0.030% P, ≤0.010% S, 1.90-2.6% Cr, 0.05-0.30% Mo, 0.20-0.30% V, 0.02-0.08% No, ≤0.03% Al, ≤0.03%N, 1.45-1.75%W and Fe as the balance[12].
