This is particular when fabrication involves the use of thin section sheet materials typically in aerospace industries.
These sheet materials are not inherently stiff enough to resist the contraction forces induced by welding.
This feature has imposed limitation on the design components made in sheet materials and restricted some of fusion welding technique in advanced industries.

These materials are frequently used because of their high field effect mobility and work function [3].
However, for same semiconductor and dielectric materials, contact resistance and mobility are better in staggered structured devices [13].

Introduction Exploring the new nano-structure has become one focus topic in recent years in physics, chemistry, materials science, biology and other research fields.
Today the quasi-dimension nano-structure materials have been available including nanotubes, nanowires, nanorods and nano-cables, and the preparation of these nano-structured materials technology has been more mature and practical [1-4].
All these cause hollow microspheres materials playing an important role in medicine, biochemistry and chemical technology [6,7].

Especially Group V-VI compound thin films have potential applications in optoelectronic devices, photo electrochemical devices, thermoelectric coolers, solar selective materials, decorative coatings, etc. [2].
At present particularly BiSb2S3 alloys found to be the best materials for thermoelectric cooling [1].
