Cr18-Mn18 steel is the experiment material.
Experimental materials are PC (Steel Plate Heat ltd.) iron, low carbon Steel, medium carbon Mn Cr iron and bottled industrial nitrogen (purity over 99.99%).

As we’ve known, the physical properties of GaAs crystal were intimately sensitive to the purity of raw materials and the growth atmosphere.
When the raw materials were completely melted and successfully seeded, the pulling-down mechanism started to work and crystal growth was executed through the temperature gradient region.
GaAs crystal is a kind of soft materials and the origination of twins were reported as a crucial problem in industrial production [12].

The plastic material is the thermoplastic materials ABS, it has the prominent mechanical properties and the integrated performance, becomes an important engineering plastics[2],as shown in Figure1.The material’s density is 1.03-1.07g/cm3, the tensile is 30~50MPa, the bending is 41~76MPa, the tensile elastic modulus is 1587~2277MPa, the flexural elastic modulus is 1380~2690MPa, the shrinkage ratio is 0.5%.The material has good properties of heat-resistance , corrosion resistance and the bigger knockout; and the precision class for the high accuracy (3 levels of precisions), product requests outward appearance varnish, not varicolored, non-contraction patterns and so on

Both of them belong to the sandstone cultural material, but their composition and character are different.
Because natural stone material isn’t uniformity texture, the surface is also coarse, so we cannot measure the tiny change of size by traditional tools such as vernier caliper.
The stones materials are porous, its chemistry and physics weathering effects become more obvious, at the high temperature and humidity in the box, because of capillarity and infiltration, plenty of water is absorbed, and the structure of jello is destroyed.
