According to 35t/h biomass grate boiler which is running actually, the factors which affect exhaust gas temperature are analyzed and summarized to help solving the problem of higher exhaust gas temperature.
Fig 2 Fuel Biomass boiler exhaust gas temperature influence factors analysis 1 The impact of fuel property on exhaust gas temperature Water content, ash, volatile and low heating value of biomass fuel has a direct impact on boiler exhaust gas temperature
Exhaust gas temperature increases by about 0.6℃ when convert water increases by 0.1[1]. 2 The impact of air leakage on exhaust gas temperature Air leakage is one of the main factors which affect on exhaust gas temperature.
And then, the factors which affect exhaust gas temperature are analyzed and summarized, fuel property and air leakage have a greater impact on exhaust gas temperature.
Many factors which affect boiler exhaust gas temperature are not isolated, there is a certain relationship between them, and they are coupling.

Mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloys are dependent on many factors including the purity of the raw materials, their tungsten content, manufacturing parameters and the microstructure of the final compact.
It was shown that the mechanical properties of the alloys, and especially their ductility, are harmed when tungsten grains are contiguous.
The mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloys are determined by various factors; in particular, the strength of W/W and W/matrix interfaces [4].
Microstructural factors, such as tungsten particles size, matrix volume fraction and tungsten-tungsten contiguity, affect the mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloys [5].
The matrix volume fraction and contiguity are the most important microstructural parameters affecting the mechanical properties of liquid phase sintered tungsten heavy alloys.

Investigating the influence of the power supply type upon the properties of the weld joints under manual arc welding D.P.
Welding diagram The received weld joints were examined for the chemical composition of the weld metal, microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints.
The weld joints completed with the use of different power supplies for arc welding are also supposed to possess different mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of the weld joints completed with the use of different power supplies are given in tables 5, 6, 7.

To experimentally study the factors affecting the surface generation in CCUP, the Taguchi method was used to design the experiments.
With the use of the Taguchi method, the number of experiments in a particular investigation of the influence of different factors can be significantly reduced.
However, there are many different workpiece materials and due to their material properties, the optimal parameters vary with the materials being polished.
The results of this study provides an important means for better understanding the effect of factors affecting material removal rate in CCUP.
