Dispersion-hardened coatings with a metal matrix based on refractory wear resistant compounds (carbides, nitrides, carbonitrides, borides) are most popular for broadening the spectrum of structural applications under energy-intensive operating conditions.
A special place among such compounds is taken by oxygen-free refractory compounds of transition metals of IV-VI groups of the periodic system with carbon and boron.
The material for an explodable conductor during the electroexplosive alloying is electroconductive materials (metals and alloys, graphitized carbon fiber), as well as powder samples placed in the area of conductor explosion [6].

Among the known shape memory alloys, NiTi is the most commonly used because of its excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.
Introduction In recent years shape memory alloys (SMAs) have been recognized as effective and promising means for application in various branches of engineering, e.g. space technology, medicine, robotics and actuator technology.
According with the binary phase diagram equilibrium [4] and the experimental results [4, 7], the heat treatments have a significant influence over the physical and mechanical characteristics of TiNi shape memory alloys with more than 50.5 wt. % Ni.
Kneissl: Journal of Alloys and Compounds Vol. 526 (2012), p.45
Batalud: Journal of Tongji University (Natural Science) Vol. 33 (2005), p. 350.

Silumins eutectic are
usually modified with Na, Sr and Sb or their compounds.
Aim of the study and methods The objective of the present study was to determine whether hypo-eutectic alloy Al-7%SiMg can be modified by means of Al-Si alloy cooled at rate 200 K/s.

SPD alloys, along with the NС formation, can lead to the formation of metastable states, for example, supersaturated solid solutions and metastable intermetallic compounds that can lead to disruption of long-range order up to complete disordering.
Figure 3 (а, b) shows electron diffraction pattern alloy D16 after one (Fig.3, а) and ten (Fig.3, b) revolutions of HPT with point reflections from intermetallic compounds.
Reflexes of intermetallic compounds Q(CuAl2), Cu9Al4 on electron diffraction patterns (Fig. 3, а, b) were weak that indicated a small amount of these particles.
Multicomponent diffusion saturation of cuprous alloys.
Structural and phase transformations in titanium alloys.

In recent years, the space holder sintering method has been widely used to produce porous titanium alloys.
Materials and Methods Porous titanium alloys preparation.
The discs were gently wet grounded using silicon carbide paper (600 grit) and followed by 1200 grit, then 15, 9, 6, 1 µm diamond compounds were used respectively for fine polishing.
EDS analysis demonstrated agreement in metal component of alloys of Ti14Nb4Sn.

Recently, the TCO materials in p-type conducting [4–6] are interesting to discover new compounds.
In addition, Benko et al.[7] have reported that the CuFeO2 compounds displaying p-type TCO with direct energy gap in 3.45 eV.
The aim of this paper, therefore, is to investigate the optical properties of Cu1-xPtxFe1-xSnxO2 compound for p-type TCO materials.
