Single-grain grinding test plays an important part in studying the high speed grinding mechanism of materials.
Some single grain tests have been carried out for two decades to analyze the real process of the high speed grinding, but most of them were performed on ceramic materials[4-7].
Thus, the chips of titanium alloy material occurred with the adiabatic shearing and slipping behavior.

Abstract.
Frame material is 16Mn steel, the conventional mechanical performance as follows:Yield strength is 345 MPa, poisson's ratio is 0.3, the elastic modulus is 20600 MPa.
Use of these two parameters, considering the frame parts fatigue notch coefficient, size coefficient, surface quality factor,the S-N curve of frame material was modificated [7].
