It has always been important for organizations to be able to control the flow of materials circulating within the production system, but it was not until the development of new information technologies that the need to also control the flow of information became visible [14].
These queues have the function of receiving and maintaining momentarily the work in process (and raw materials) of the equipment that precedes it in order to feed the next machine of the system at the rate that has been established.

In this study, 3D commercially available finite element analysis (FEA) software-MARC is used to analyse bending and springback of different aluminium materials (LY12CZ) with different thickness.
In practical manufacturing, traditional approaches result in waste of materials and time.
The material properties are shown in Table 2.
It can provide a reasonable basis for practice manufacture process, offer the science data to the die designers to modify the die parameters and offset the springback error in order to ensure the geometry precision.
