Save the file from Pro/E as a new one with “igs” format when import into Abaqus select “shell” style, the material of bracket is Q235 steel, The material yield limit is 235MPa, the elastic modulus is 206GPa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3 and thickness of the cross-sectional is 12mm.
Replace the material of bracket, use the higher strength steel[7].

The material experiments of steel were conducted in the universal testing machine, obtaining the elastic modulus , the yield strength .
The result of the material experiment was simplified to obtain the material constitutive relation of steel by using Mises yield condition and ideal elastic-plastic model.
