Abstract
By using the mathematical uniform design, a new agglomerated flux for high speed and
multi-arc submerged arc welding (SAW) has been developed in this paper, which performs
excellently in welding process, and the effects of flux composition on the welding characteristics is
analyzed as well.
Once the welding wires determined (usually according to the parent metal), the fluxes become the key materials that directly influence the weld metal properties (especially ductility and notch toughness at low temperature), welding flaws, welding rate etc.

In this paper, the geopolymer materials were prepared by using desulfurization ash and fly ash as main raw materials and the structure of thegeopolyners was characterized by TEM and XRD.
So the geopolymer prepared base on desulfurization ash could be used as wall materials or other constructional materials.

Customers should choose devices that are manufactured with less toxic elements, make use of recycled materials, more energy efficient, are intended for simple disassembly, employ reduced packaging and allow take back or leasing options [12, 14].

Analysis shows that the initial success of energy conservation and emissions reduction works in Dalian, but chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, agricultural food processing industry are in the overall inefficient state, which have great potential for saving energy and reducing consumption.
To analysis the statistics from the perspective of the scale efficiency, the scale efficiency of chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products industry, agricultural and sideline products processing industry is low, which is around 0.7-0.8, while the energy consumption is very high, this illustrates the facts that the investment growth rate is greater than the output growth in these industries, we should control and reduce the scale of investment, appropriately.
These industry scale efficiency value are less than 1, Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, agricultural and sideline products processing industry are in the overall inefficiency, these industries also facing the problems of energy-saving and technology innovation of emission reduction, industry merger and reorganization, etc.
