Small particle size powder of Fe and Ni was used as raw materials (the particle diameter of metal injection molding (MIM) was 0.5-20μm generally) [1], and the wax-based polymer was used as binder, a new type of Fe-Ni alloy for semiconductor was prepared by the MIM.
The uniformity of feedstock directly affects subsequent processing steps as well as properties of materials.

The ZrO2 ceramics materials have transferred on the M50 bearing steel surface under high vacuum condition.
Because of these advantages of ceramic materials, their usages are increasing in wide engineering applications.
Materials and Experimental Procedure The specimens are made of structural ceramic materials and M50 bearing steel as the disk had a diameter of 70mm and thickness of10mm , ZrO2 as the balls had a diameter of6.35mm .
Fig.4 showed that all the ZrO2 ceramics materials have transferred on the surface of M50 bearing steel, but the degree of transferred displayed huge dissimilarity.
(3)The ZrO2 ceramics materials have transferred on the M50 bearing steel surface under high vacuum condition.

The base materials are selected to be Ti-18mol%Nb and the amount of ternary additions is constant of 3mol%.
These alloys were prepared by Ar arc melting method with non-consumable W electrode in Ar-1%H2 atmosphere using high purity starting elemental materials with 99.9% in purity at least.
