Introduction
Lightweight construction is a multidisciplinary engineering science with great growth dynamics, which requires a holistic technological approach covering the whole system “design-material-manufacturing”.
On the one hand elements like steel or ceramic wires are embedded to reinforce the profile and to improve the strength of the structure.

Most metals such as Cu, Al, Ni, Ti and Ni-based alloys can be deposited by cold spray, and even cermets and ceramics can be embedded into a substrate to form thin layered coatings.
Titanium powder of 99.8% purity (-45 micron) was purchased from CHT International Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Abstract.
Introduction With the development of modern industry, more and more engineering materials with high wear resistance, heat resistance and hardness are developed.
Vijayakumar et al. studied the response of the plasma-sprayed alumina–titania (AT-13) ceramic composites subjected to high-frequency impact loading, in both as-sprayed and microwave-treated (post-processed) conditions in terms of indentation dimension and acoustic emission (AE) signals emitted by the impulsed material.

Abstract
Biomimetic is the field of engineering which involves analyzing the biological beings and incorporating their designs and systems for manufacturing mechanical systems.
Introduction Biomimetic is the study of the composition and function of natural systems to provide basic concepts for the engineering design of materials and machines.
In this sense, they are large deflection actuators operating under low voltage compared with other actuators such as piezo-ceramics or Shape Memory Alloys (SMA).
