Gd and Sb doped SnO2 conductive nanoparticles were prepared by the coprecipitation method with SnCl4·5H2O, SbCl3 and Gd2O3 as the raw materials.
The powder of antimony doped tin oxide has been widely used in photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices, flat panel displays, electrochromi materials and electrode materials for their electric and optical advantage properties[2-6].

The study indicates that air pollution during the heating period is directly correlated with the elderly respiratory health and the incidence of respiratory diseases should be reduced by changing the heating energy materials, giving up smoking, ventilation and other measures to improve air quality.
It is suggested that to change the heating energy materials, use electricity as the energy source and utilize other energy alternatives may be the focus of future development.
The government should take measures to control air pollution at the source, mainly by changing the heating energy materials and controlling chemical emissions to reduce air pollution; in daily life, the impact of air pollution on health should be reduced by reducing smoking, opening windows for ventilation, controlling the emission of air pollutants and reducing incineration to improve the quality of environmental air.

In this study, the solution of atractylone and liposome membrane materials contained phospholipid and cholesterol was introduced into the supercritical CO2.
The dissolved liposome membrane materials and atractylone was mixed with the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH = 7.2) brought with the syringe pump 4 via the coaxial nozzle 6.
The liposome suspension was collected with a volumetric cylinder, and then filtered with a porous membrane to remove unentrapped liposome membrane materials.
The entrapment efficiency greatly improved as the solubility of liposomal membrane materials raised significantly with increasing x (CH3CH2OH).

The influences of strength grade of ceramic concrete, material type, bond length, side length and notch spacing of bamboo bar on the bond strength between the bamboo bars and ceramic concrete were studied.
The mechanical properties of all kinds of reinforced materials are listed in the Table 1.

Thus, the same phenomenological hardening law is assumed for all materials, whereby material-specific differences are mapped exclusively via the parametric expression of the model and not via different model approaches.The Hockett-Sherby model describes the isotropic hardening behavior of metallic materials under plastic deformation.

The results verify the high material quality of the investigated GaN on silicon.
In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the two dimensional electron gas and to verify the material quality of GaN-based HEMTs on silicon we carried out temperature dependent magnetoresistance measurements.

The study of the role of various factors in plastic behavior of materials is carried out using a mathematical model that takes into account fundamental properties of deformation defects in a crystal lattice based on the continuum theory of dislocations.
Thus, a weak dependence of the maximum velocity on the dislocation density of the material is observed in lead.

Heat treat process can be used for simulating key position of the tank materials after fire process, and the material exposed in fire is cooled with water to room temperature [9-10].
