The following normalized power spectral density of the fluctuating wind speed has been proposed as Eq. (4) by Kaimal et al. [4] (4) where ω is the frequency in Hz, the parameter v* is the shear flow velocity which is determined by , where k is von Karman's constant (generally assumed to be approximately 0.4), and H0 is the roughness length, a variable characterizing the terrain.
The material properties of the composite laminated plate are: EL = 138GPa, ET = 8.96GPa, GLT=7.1GPa, ηL=0.42%, ηL=3.5%, ηL=4.4%, VLT= 0.3, ρ=2000Kg/m2.
